This is from a subdomain off the bbc's website, it has been created for a show called "What not to wear", I know of this show because os my sister's love for it. This is genuine I have not made it up infact I will post a real link to their site at the bottom of this article.
Well since all women have got "tits" as Sussannah puts it surely she's saying that the poncho looks awful on all women. Even the fashion gurus are starting to notice the poncho's maleovolance!
